PROJECT OVERVIEW

This project encompasses the full renovation of a 7,800 square foot medical office building, focusing on enhancing both functionality and patient experience. The renovation involves modifying the exterior walls to implement an efficient patient routing plan, ensuring smooth flow within the space. Additionally, exterior ADA improvements are included to enhance accessibility. Inside, a complete interior build-out and MEP installation are undertaken. Notable features of the renovation include the installation of an MRI, dedicated spaces for a therapy gym and infusion therapy, alongside exam rooms, offices, consult rooms, and support spaces. Upon completion, the renovated building will offer improved patient care facilities and a modernized environment conducive to medical practice and therapy services.​
