This project consisted of renovating the controllers department in the 3rd and 4th floors of the CSC building. All finishes were replaced and the conference rooms were demolished and rebuilt to accommodate the new layouts, IT requirements and new furniture. This project was completed in multiple phases as the building was occupied with staff and visitors. Great care was taken to avoid dust migration to the surrounding areas as well 

as coordinating with the staff to schedule noisy activities at times that caused the least disruption.
