This project involved the removal of loose, damaged, and spalling concrete, followed by the treatment or replacement of existing rebar, and re-forming and re-pouring the concrete. The work spanned multiple sections across several floors, including the entrance ramp.

 

Successful completion required close coordination with the city building department and a private provider, as well as obtaining a noise ordinance and working extended hours to ensure all tasks were completed during the summer break.
