This project required significant structural upgrades  to the existing building, removal of existing roofing system and gypsum roof deck, and removal of interior acoustical ceiling, lights and mechanical system. A New metal roof deck & roofing system was installed, along with a new parapet, exterior lighting, stucco and paint. Interior upgrades to the building finishes included new mechanical system, ductwork, electrical system and lighting package and acoustical ceiling lights.
