PROJECT OVERVIEW

The project scope includes the removal of approximately 13,000 SFof procelain tile, installation of temporary flooring and installation of finalterrazzo flooring. Also included in the scope is replacing the existinghandrail system in the second floor. Given the continuous school traffic,the project has been executed in multiple phases to ensure the large-scaletile installation proceeds with minimal disruptions to the students’ and staff’sclasses and events.​
